The purpose of this research is to ascertain how the industrial work practice experience and desire to join the workforce affect the degree to which Smk N 1 Motoling Timur students are prepared for the workforce. The methodology for this investigation was quantitative. All of the 40 grade X pupils from SMK Negeri 1 Motoling Timur made up the study's population. 36 pupils made up the study's sample. The examination of the data supports the second hypothesis, which states that the variables Student Work Readiness and Motivation to Enter the Workforce (X2) are related (Y). Getting a tcount of = 3.78 proves this. A table of 1.69 was produced with the degree of validity (db = 36-2 = 34) at a significant level of 0.05. H0 is rejected and Ha is allowed since the estimated value exceeds the ttable (3.78 >1.69), indicating that there is a substantial and positive link between motivation to enter the workforce and student work readiness.
