Digital technology is used in the implementation of accounting systems to facilitate asset management and administration as well as business inventory management. However, an effective accounting information system requires training, experience, and accounting knowledge because there are often still obstacles in its use. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of training, work experience, and accounting knowledge on the efficiency of accounting information systems at PT. Pln ULP Tondano. A statistical test of multiple regression analysis was used in this study, and the results showed that X1 (training) affected Y based on partial or individual testing between independent variables and dependent variables. X1 (Effectiveness of Accounting Information System) versus Y (Effectiveness of Accounting Information System) with a calculated t value of 8.278 > t table 2.478, X2 (Work Experience) versus Y (Effectiveness of Accounting Information System) with a calculated t value of 4.382 > t table 2.478, and X3 (Accounting Knowledge) versus Y (Effectiveness of Accounting Information System) with a calculated t value of 6.347 > t table 2.478 These variables also affect each other simultaneously or simultaneously. Therefore, it can be said that accounting knowledge, work experience, and training all contribute to the efficiency of accounting information systems.
