PETTY CASH MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS AT GMIM SILOAM SONDER HOSPITAL

The purpose of this research is to find out how small cash management at RSU GMIM Siloam Sonder, the importance of small cash management to support the tasks in the company so that when it is about to spend funds it is not necessary to ask for financial funds every time there are relatively small expenses. Because in general, the company will spend relatively small funds for various operational activities so that the transactions that occur are not complicated, but must be carried out properly and carefully based on existing procedures. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use observation techniques, interviews, documentation, literature reviews, and accessing websites. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study concluded that Small Cash Management (petty cash) at RSU GMIM Siloam Sonder is to apply a fixed fund method or system (imperst system). The small cash management posedur functions as a tool that has run well. Small cash management (petty cash) at RSU GMIM Siloam Sonder has been assigned to a special part of small cash management, namely small cash admin (petty cash), so that the admin is only focused on small cash management. Problems that often occur are usually the lack of transaction evidence that has an impact on small cash management and there are often obstacles in the accuracy of the account code, so that the impact on inappropriate posts. To overcome this, a good information system must have a procedure to comply with the policies set.
