This study to determine wheteher the Accounting Information System and employee work quality affect the effectiveness of internal sales control. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey method. The population used in this study is PLN ULP Tondano employees with a total of 68 employees. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sampel determined by the researcher consists of 30 respondents. This study uses a data collection method through a survey with a questionnaires as a tool. The dta collected comes from primary sources, namely sources that directly provide information to data collectors. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Accounting Information System and employee work quality have a significant influence on the Effectiveness of internal control of electricity sales at PT. PLN ULP Tondano
